Retrospect Images, LLC - After the final wedding photos are received the post production assistant is responsible for uploading/organizing/sending client galleries, creating slideshows, ordering prints and products, blogging and pinning the wedding, and more.

Post Production Assistant to Ginny Silver
Prepare wedding final images for delivery to client
- Select highlight images from full gallery which represent the story of the gallery
- Prepare client gallery
- Prepare highlight slideshow
- Order products/prints
- Share final gallery with vendor team
Update Pinterest account + blog with final images
- Prepare blog post using Blogstomp
- Pin blogged images
Manage Publications
- Submit weddings and editorials for publication
- Create descriptive text for the submission process
- Communicate with the vendor team
- Communicate with editors
- Blog publications
- Pin publications
Experience: Experience working in the wedding industry in some capacity is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to make creative choices which represent aesthetic of the brand. Experience with BlogStomp, Tailwind, Pass, Animoto preferred but not required as training can be provided.
Hours: This is a part time, hourly, seasonal position. Aprx 5-10 hours per week, flexible work hours with deadlines for work completion. Position is seasonal for wedding season months July-November 15.
Pay rate: $25 per hour
